Financial Aid Forms
Beginning in the 2023-2024 aid year, we are no longer accepting the majority of paper documentation in the Financial Aid Office. We are utilizing Verification Connection for the request and submission of verification documents. Additionally, SAP appeals, Emergency grant applications, EFC recalculation appeals, Dependency Override appeals, COA appeals, and (Direct Loan Requests beginning 23/24 spring semester) will be processed through Student forms (with in Verification Connection).
Call the Financial Aid Office at (760) 384-6221 or send us an email at cc_faid@cerrocoso.edu if you need to submit any of the above-listed appeals.
To Access Verification Connection:
- Log into your Inside CC portal.
- Click on Financial Aid.
- Click on Eligibility.
- Select the 23-24 Aid year.
- Click on the Verification Connection link.
- If you have not created an account, follow the prompts to create your account.
California College Promise Grant Application
For eligible California residents, the California Community Colleges Promise Grant permits enrollment fees to be waived. (Assistance for the purchase of books and supplies must be applied for separately.) If eligible, completing a 2023-2024 FAFSA or CADAA will apply the CCPG to your student account.
Release of Information
If you need the financial aid department to provide information on your financial aid, please complete the following form and submit it to cc_faid@cerrocoso.edu. Your technician will complete the forms and send them to you as requested on the form.
