CC Online is a virtual campus at Cerro Coso Community College. CC Online allows students the convenience and flexibility to take courses remotely. Through the Internet and Canvas, students can connect, interact, and engage with instructors and peers in a virtual environment.
To help students focus on achieving their educational goals successfully, CC Online offers courses that have no scheduled meeting times as well as courses that have a set of scheduled meetings, generally over Zoom. Cerro Coso encourages prospective students to take the Online Readiness Assessment in the Is Online Learning Really for You? section to help determine whether an online course would fit their lifestyle and needs.
To our diverse online student population, Cerro Coso is committed to providing our students with an overall quality learning experience. Our approach is to address various aspects of students' learning needs inside and outside the virtual classroom. Our core belief is that an individual's physical and mental health can impact successful educational attainment. Therefore, we offer services that encompass academic support to nurture student success, assistance to meet basic needs, and inclusion in extracurricular activities and virtual campus events.
We look forward to connecting with each of you individually!
