All verification forms are electronic! Refer to InsideCC for any required documentation. Learn more about our easy and paperless verification process.

If requested, complete the fillable PDF forms and submit to the financial aid office. All documents must be physically signed and dated. Submit completed documents by email from your CC student email.

California College Promise Grant Applications (BOG/Fee Waiver)

To be considered for the CA College Promise Grant, complete the FAFSA or DREAM Act online through the following links:

• DREAM Act

By completing the application, you could be eligible for additional grants.

Terms of Agreement and Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Policy

To Access Verification Connection:

1. Log into your Inside CC portal.
2. Click on Financial Aid.
3. Select the current Aid year.
4. Click on the Verification Connection link.
5. If you have not created an account, follow the prompts to create your account.

California College Promise Grant Application

For eligible California residents, the California Community Colleges Promise Grant permits enrollment fees to be waived. (Assistance for the purchase of books and supplies must be applied for separately.) If eligible, completing a 2025-2026 FAFSA or CADAA will apply the CCPG to your student account.

Release of Information

If you need the financial aid department to provide information on your financial aid, please complete the following form and submit it to cc_faid@cerrocoso.edu. Your technician will complete the forms and send them to you as requested on the form.
