Jump Start Career Exploration
Offered in Bishop and Tehachapi
Jump Start Career Exploration Program is a no-cost summer program for high school students (and recent graduates) to explore career pathways in various fields.
We will focus on a variety of careers in healthcare and first responders. Students will have the opportunity to earn a CPR certification through the American Heart Association and college credit through the EMTC C106 course, which will be offered during the program.
This is a competitive application process, limited to 30 participants per location.
Applications are open to all students in grades 9-12 and to recent 2026 graduates.
