Jump Start Career Exploration Program is a free summer program for high school students (and recent graduates) to explore career pathways in various fields. This summer’s theme is Hearts, Hands & Heroes – an exploration into the work of healthcare and first responders.

Sierra Cyber Summit

Jump Start Career Exploration

This 3-day Jump Start Career Exploration Program is open to all members of the community ages high school and up. We will explore exciting career pathways in Cybersecurity, offering hands-on experiences and real-world insights into this fast-growing field.

Participants will learn foundational skills in digital security, ethical hacking, and cyber defense. We will include a competitive Capture the Flag hackathon event, where students will work in teams to solve real-world challenges and showcase their skills. No prior experience is necessary!
