Tania Lynn Atkisson

This scholarship was established in memory of Tania Lynn Atkisson. Tania was a beloved daughter, sister, and friend. She lived everyday of her life to the fullest and brought joy to everyone she touched. Born September 2, 1965 Tania loved to sing and act and was a contestant in the last Miss Ridgecrest pageant. She drowned in the NWC Gymnasium pool on June 21, 1986 at the young age of 19. The loss of this ambitious, talented, and beautiful young lady was a shock to the community that loved her. This scholarship was established by her mother Aunalee Love and grandmother Marjory King.

The CCCC Foundation is committed to helping students succeed in college through its scholarship program.
