Vitrual/Online
The Student Support Desk uses Zoom to interact face-to-face with you. Zoom is a free app you can use on your phone or computer. Download Zoom.

Get help with financial aid questions, FAFSA or CADAA applications, scholarships, and more.
Admissions & Records
Get help with college applications, registration, and residency questions. If you need to verify your identity for an application, please complete the verification step in CCCApply. If you cannot complete it there, Admissions & Records can help you explore the limited alternative verification options.
When you join a Zoom session, you may be placed in a waiting room until a technician is available to admit you. Waits may be longer during busy enrollment periods. Please stay in the waiting room rather than leaving and joining again, as this may increase your wait. Have any relevant documents ready so staff can help you when you are admitted.
