Login Support

Logging in is best done through your portal. If you experience any difficulty logging into the Inside Portal and accessing Canvas from the portal, contact KCCD Technical Support. They can help you resolve any login and password issues.

Portal Support

Inside Portal

Students enrolled in a Cerro Coso course whose home college is Cerro Coso Community College, Bakersfield College, or Porterville College should use the InsideCC (or InsideBC or InsidePC) portal to access Cerro Coso's Canvas.

Exchange Portal

Students enrolled in a Cerro Coso course via the California Virtual Campus - Online Education Initiative Platform at cvc.edu, aka the CVC Exchange should use the CVC Exchange Portal to access Cerro Coso's Canvas.

Canvas Support

Canvas only supports the latest two versions of Chrome, Firefox, Edge, and Safari.

If you have any issues within Canvas, the quickest way to get support is to contact Canvas Support.

Canvas by Mobile

Native Canvas apps support a limited set of features on mobile, but the apps don't cover all Canvas functionality. Please read Limited Support Guidelines for Mobile Browsers for more on the limitations of using Canvas with your phone.
