Cerro Coso Jingle Jog
Cerro Coso Community College is thrilled to be hosting our first-ever Jingle Jog 5K Color Run!
We invite you to join us Saturday, December 2nd for some holiday hijinks. The 5K course will take runners across the Cerro Coso campus and through the surrounding desert before ending back on campus for food, drinks, and other festive fun. Just be prepared to get a little messy! Throughout the race, we’ll be launching Christmas color powder make your run merry and bright.
The Jingle Jog is open to runners of all skill levels. Whether you’re a competitive runner or just want to take it easy and enjoy the course, you’re welcome to come up and join the fun!
Registration is $35 for individuals, or $20 per person when you register as a team (5 or more people).
All money raised will go to the Cerro Coso Community College Foundation to support the Cerro Coso Promise program.
The Cerro Coso Promise is a scholarship intended for hard-working, dedicated students that deserve an education, regardless of financial or personal status. By meeting basic criteria, students may qualify for up to $1,000 per semester for 2 years to help with tuition, books, and fees. Award amounts may vary depending on funding availability and financial aid parameters.
From specialized counseling to help with creating a comprehensive education plan, the Promise is committed to making sure students participate in a variety of initiatives designed to help them meet their educational goals. Participants also receive priority registration, career advising, help with transferring, and other student support services to assist them in staying on track.
