EDD Online Unemployment Insurance Filing

This presentation is an overview of the unemployment insurance online system (UI Online).

It does not address every issue that you may encounter, but it does give you many resources and contact information that you will find useful.

For a better understanding of a particular problem, you may need to consult more detailed sources or obtain advice from a qualified representative.

Here are just some of the resources that I obtained:

  • EDD You Tube channel with videos on step by step process on how to file an unemployment claim.
  • EDD Representative suggested resource information
  • EDD Claims Information page on the EDD website
  • EDD Claims contact line if you run into issues filing a claim

Wednesdays 3:30pm to 4:30pm. You must register in advance for this workshop.
