PHED C107/PHED C108 - General Conditioning I and II in Bishop is a co-educational physical fitness class designed to help improve general fitness through exercise. The course emphasizes the maintenance of an improved level of physical fitness through an individually designed fitness program. Richard Frey will instruct the course on Fridays from 8:30 a.m. to 11:40 p.m. at the Bishop campus.
PHED C105/C106 – Weight Training I and II with Tim Tollefson, Mammoth S.P.O.R.T. Physical Therapist, will help you focus on the proper fundamental and techniques for weight training to enhance performance in any sport you want to pursue. The class will meet on Tuesday and Thursday evenings from 7:45 to 9:10 p.m. at the Mammoth campus.
