College Hosts Open House Saturday, April 6

One of the best ways to see all that Cerro Coso Community College has to offer our community is to attend the Open House the College is hosting on Saturday, April 6, 2013 from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Students, potential students, and community members are invited to tour the campus and explore all the facility changes over the last few years, talk to students about campus life, meet with counselors, financial aid representatives, and more.

Information and assistance will be provided on: Student Government, financial aid, veterans' programs and benefits, foster youth programs, registration, counseling, academic programs, career technical education programs, department information, and more.

  • College placement exams from 10 a.m. to 12 noon
  • Financial Aid Workshops from 11 a.m. to 12 noon
  • CCCC Coyote Baseball game in the Dawg Yard at 12 noon
  • Orientation from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m.
  • Preparing to Transfer and Student Educational Planning Workshop from 1:30 to 2:30 p.m.
  • Athletic Eligibility and Recruitment Information from 2:30 to 3 p.m.
  • Campus Tours will run every hour on the hour from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

The Student Government of Cerro Coso (SGCC) is sponsoring a Barbecue in the Student Center from 11:30 am. to 1:30 pm.
