In order to assist Cerro Coso in booking your event, please complete as much of the application form as possible. We realize you may not know specifically which room to request, but we can easily assign that to you once we review the event details. - In the box titled Room Requested, you will need to indicate a general type of room (classroom, boardroom, computer lab, etc), as well as which Eastern Sierra site (Bishop or Mammoth) you plan to use.
- You will be asked to provide a Certificate of Insurance, that has a $1,000,000 minimum liability, and that identifies Kern Community College District as an additional insured.
- Under the Responsible Party/Organization section, please include your email address in the Signature Section. This will be the best way for us to follow up with you regarding your event.
