2022 Midterm Report Feedback

Cerro Coso Community College is preparing its Midterm Report to submit to the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) as a condition of maintaining its accredited status. Once every seven years, the college undergoes a comprehensive institutional self-evaluation including an extensive report and visit by a team of peer reviewers. The last such comprehensive evaluation for Cerro Coso Community College was fall 2018; the next one is scheduled for fall 2025. Between these evaluations, the college prepares a midterm report that describes its progress on action plans arising from the last review and other components of institutional improvement, such as those related to student learning outcomes, institutional set-standards, and the self-identified quality-focus action projects.

Cerro Coso encourages a broad base of participation in the preparation of this Midterm Report. We would like your thoughts and ideas how to improve the current document. This **draft** version represents input already from faculty and management co-writers, committees and work-groups relevant to the various action items and institutional improvements, and the Accreditation Steering Committee. This draft version is available now and open for feedback until Friday, April 29. At that time, the Accreditation Steering Committee will compile the final document in preparation for KCCD Board approval during the summer. Thank you for your interest in this process and your ideas for improvement!
