Current High School Student

Want to take college courses while still in high school and not pay the unit enrollment fee? Concurrent enrollment in college courses by high school students is a benefit provided by Cerro Coso Community College. This process applies to all students currently enrolled in grades 9-12, including adult school programs.

Quick and Easy Steps to get started:

It’s easy to become a student at Cerro Coso Community College. Click on the Apply Now button and get started today.

Watch the Dual and Concurrent Enrollment workshop to help with this process.

Make sure to connect with a CC Counselor as soon as you have completed the application. Contact counseling to make an appointment and receive support at the beginning of your journey.

After you have completed the CC application, you will receive an email with your Student ID. Next, you will need to complete a Current Student Enrollment/Release Form. Once this form is filled out, please email it to counseling_forms@cerrcoso.edu

Need help with this, please reach out to Counseling at (760) 384-6219 or read the Concurrent & Dual Enrollment Handbook (en español) for helpful hints.

High school students cannot register for classes through their student account, so you will be registered through the Admissions and Records office at Cerro Coso.
