What is the TRIO Student Support Services?

TRiO is a federally funded program under the Student Support Services grant. Our goal is to assist students with their academic endeavors, whether it be to graduate from Cerro Coso and/or transfer to a 4-year university.

TRiO assists students in developing and maintaining…

  • Writing, math, time management, and study skills, all necessary to be a successful student
  • A strong grade point average
  • Autonomy and a sense of academic and personal confidence
