  • Managing the driver staff to meet test schedule requirements
  • Overseeing administrative and support staff to assure performance measures are met
  • Diagnostic read outs utilizing development software and tools
  • Being a liaison between customer and management
  • Familiarity with all personnel job requirements for the purpose of hiring, orientation, performance reviews, and employee development
  • Ability to control resources, including operating expenses and materials
  • Communicating regularly with team leaders, employees, customer and management to resolve issues, concerns, and personnel/disciplinary matters in a timely manner
  • Required to attend and assist with scheduled safety meetings, accident/incident investigations, follow-up, and countermeasures
  • Bachelor’s degrees in business management or human resources preferred-Will consider a combination of education and on-the-job experience with the foundation of prior work in a managerial, human resources, and or automotive technical discipline.
  • Leadership skills acquired through a formal training process with at least five years of managing a diverse work staff required.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Access and PowerPoint; excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills are a priority
