Deposit Member Service Specialist

Desired Qualifications & Job Highlights

  • Processes and posts member financial transactions including, but not limited to, deposits, withdrawals loan payments, address changes, account closures, and dividend corrections received
  • Functions as primary or back up in specialized duties as assigned
  • Prepares periodic reports on trust account, Dormant account, Deceased accounts and E-service activities
  • Provide friendly, prompt, professional and accurate service and support to all members and associates
  • Experience:
    • Six months to one year related experience in a financial institution or customer service environment, such as retail
    • High School Education or GED
    • 2 year or 4 year degree preferred
    • Interpersonal skill
    • Pleasant personality with the ability to communicate effectively and the ability to get along with co-workers.
    • Must be able to lift in excess of 50 pounds
    • Must possess excellent reading, writing, arithmetic, clerical and communication skills
