English Boot Camp for First Time College Students

Cerro Coso Community College is offering a special class this summer designed for first time college students and for those interested in reviewing their English and writing skills. A one week "English Boot Camp" will cover the necessary writing and mechanical skills for all college classes. The class will be held August 2nd through the 6th, Monday through Thursday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and on Friday from 9 to 11 a.m.

This class was specifically designed to prepare students to do college-level work and improve the academic success of incoming Cerro Coso students. The intensive refresher course in writing and grammar skills will help student in and outside the classroom.
