KRV Campus Offers "Decorate a Room" Workshop

March 17, 2009

The Cerro Coso Community College, Kern River Valley (KRV) Campus in Lake Isabella is offering a community education workshop in home decorating.  This workshop entitled “Decorate a Room” is a four-week series of classes which will meet on Saturdays, March 21, March 28, April 4, and April 11, 2009 from 9:00 a.m. until 12:00 p.m. in Room 9 of the KRV Campus.  The Cerro Coso Community College, Kern River Valley Campus is located at 5520 Lake Isabella Boulevard.  This is a community education class and there is a $60 fee.  The workshop will feature facilitator, Donna Louise Fitch, a custom designer and artist who will show how to bring the art of decorating into your own home.  Students will learn how to simplify the process, work within a budget and create a space that you will love.  “The decorating process can be overwhelming; especially for the beginner, but with simple instruction you can learn to break it down and make it easy and fun.  Decorating should be enjoyable, not daunting,” stated Fitch.  In order to insure plenty of one on one attention, this workshop is limited to fifteen students.  Please visit or call the College Office today at (760) 379-5501 to register for this class.
