Improve Your Writing Skills

January 17, 2008

Cerro Coso Community College, Eastern Sierra College Center is offering Basic Writing Skills on both the Bishop and Mammoth campuses during the spring semester.
 
This course will offer students different ways to develop and organize ideas in short writings.  Students will learn the importance of coherent, unified, and well-developed paragraphs, using topic sentences and effective supporting detail.
 
This English class is offered on Tuesdays &Thursdays from 5:00pm -7:15pm in Mammoth (CRN: 32588), and Mondays & Wednesdays from 3:00- 5:05pm in Bishop (CRN: 30171). The class is appropriate for students who want to improve their writing, and prepare for ENGL 70, an AA degree requirement.
 
The spring semester starts January 22 Late registration will be conducted through January 28.
