ESCC Summer Classes

May 23, 2007

The Cerro Coso Community College summer 2007 semester begins June 11, 2007. For a complete listing of courses offered on-campus and on-line, pick up a class schedule at the College Offices in Bishop located at 4090 W. Line St. or Mammoth Lakes located at 101 College Parkway. Check out the Summer session class schedule on-line at www.cerrocoso.edu. Students may register at the Bishop or Mammoth Lakes Campus or via the website at www.cerrocoso.edu.

Classes offered this summer include a variety of Art classes including Etching/Relief Printing Workshop, Night Photography, Watercolor, and Ceramics.

Other summer classes being offered include: Media Arts, Choir, Reading Improvement, General Conditioning, Golf, Wellness Walking, Photography, Math, Community Band, Chamber Orchestra, Spanish, etc.

A special LEGO Robotics Workshop will be offered July 7 through August 1. Students will learn about robotic engineering while working collaboratively, thinking reflectively, solving interesting problems, and of course having fun.

An Intensive Spanish Language Institute will be offered July 9 through 13. Whether novice or fluent, spend a week immersed in Spanish language classes developing your grammar and conversation skills and exploring the cultures of Spain and Latin America.

Students may register at the Cerro Coso, Mammoth Campus Office, Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Fridays from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. The Bishop Campus office will be open Monday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. and from 3 to 7 p.m. Fridays the Bishop Campus office will be open from 9:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m.
