Bishop Campus

Wellness Retreat

May 15, 2007

Are you stressed out? All tied up in knots? Then enroll now for the Wellness Retreat being held this June through the Eastern Sierra College Center of Cerro Coso Community College! Come join us at the Bishop Yoga and Massage Center located at 150 Willow St., June 18-22, 9:30am-12pm and 1pm-4pm.

This refreshing Wellness Retreat will incorporate different types of yoga and massage styles. Every morning will be filled with meditation, practice of different yoga postures, and breathework. In the afternoon the focus will turn to massage, where students will learn different ways to release the hands, feet, neck, head, shoulders, and so on.

Come learn about yoga and massage, have fun, and feel great after your week long of wellness rejuvenation. This one unit course will be taught by Mary Devore, who is a certified yoga and massage instructor.

Students can register for only $20, for this 1.0 unit class, PDEV C049, Wellness Retreat: Mind & Body.
