Cerro Coso Community College to Hold Community Education Classes in Kern River Valley

Kern River Valley – January 16, 2003

Cerro Coso Community College Kern River Valley Campus is offering the following community education courses this Spring.

Decorative Painting – Any type of painting or craft may be done in this multi-media workshop, landscapes, tole painting, baskets, and portraits. Class will be held on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:00 AM to 12:00 noon beginning January 21, 2003 at a cost of $25.00.

Line Dance – Beginning and intermediate line dancing. Step in line and join the fun on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 1:00 to 3:00 PM beginning January 21, 2003 for a $25.00 fee.

Stretch and Strengthen/Aerobics – Improve your stretching ability and strengthen muscles. For anyone interested in improving their quality of life classes begin January 21, 2003 on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 10:00 to 11:00 AM at a cost of $25.00.

Students may register and pay the Community Education fees at the College office located at 5520 Lake Isabella Blvd. during regular business hours or with the instructor at the first class. Registration forms may also be found at http://www.cerrocoso.edu/communityed/.
