San Francisco Shakespeare Festival Presents Macbeth

Ridgecrest, California – October 16, 2002

Shakespeare on Tour from the San Francisco Shakespeare Festival will present William Shakespeare’s tragedy Macbeth at Cerro Coso Community College on Thursday, October 31, at 2:00 PM in the Lecture center. This performance, sponsored by the Associated Students of Cerro Coso Community College, is free to the public. The performance is approximately one-hour long.

Shakespeare wrote Macbeth at the height of his creative powers. His Macbeth is a conflicted knight with murderous designs on the throne of Scotland. This macabre, phantasmagorical, and provocative “tragedy of blood” is certain to enhance the spooky mood of Halloween.

This event is free and the public is cordially invited to attend.
