Request a press release through PIO

The Public Information Office needs at least three, preferably four weeks notice. Most publicity is time-sensitive. Some of our service area newspapers publish only once weekly. Daily newspapers may only publish College information on a limited basis, given available space in the paper.

All press release requests should be directed to the PIO. College staff should contact the PIO directly or through email or telephone messages. Please provide the "who, what, when, where, why, and how" in your draft news release. Currently, the Public Information Office distributes news information to 9 service area newspapers and l0 radio stations.
