Copyright Permission

APPROVAL AND ACCEPTANCE: We mutually agree that publication of the contribution is contingent upon its acceptance for publication by Metamorphoses and upon its meeting the journal’s editorial standards.

COPYRIGHT: Cerro Coso shall own and register the copyright to Metamorphoses in which your Contribution will appear. However, you shall retain and be responsible for registration of the copyright to your contribution.

PERMISSION TO PUBLISH: You grant Cerro Coso permission to publish your contribution in print form and in digital form in the online version of the collective work pursuant to the following terms: Cerro Coso shall receive nonexclusive world rights in the English language for all editions. Should Cerro Coso receive a request from another publisher to reprint all or any part of the contribution, Cerro Coso shall refer the requester to you as copyright holder.

WARRANTY: You warrant that the contribution is original with you; that it contains no matter which is libelous or is otherwise unlawful or which invades individual privacy or infringes any proprietary right or any statutory copyright; and you agree to indemnify and hold Metamorphoses and Cerro Coso Community College harmless against any claim or judgment to the contrary. Further, you warrant that you are the holder of the copyright to the contribution.

COMPENSATION: You shall receive no royalty or other form of financial compensation other than a copy of the Metamorphoses issue in which your contribution appears.
