Welcome

The Library is located on the first floor of Cerro Coso Community College's new Learning Resource Center building. The library is completely automated, with collections fully represented in the online public catalog including over 15,000 ebooks. Through the Library's web page, access to online databases is made possible to on-campus students, faculty, staff and distance learners.

The Library book collection is arranged by the Library of Congress Classification order. The collection presently includes over 24,000 volumes and 91 periodical subscriptions. Online databases are available for indexing and full text of periodical articles in all subject areas, dictionaries of art and music, newspapers, encyclopedias and California statistics. There is also a web page with links to web sites indexed by subject areas.

The mission of the library and staff is to facilitate your research. The staff will help you not only to find specific information, but will assist you in learning how to use the library effectively.
