LRC Construction

Steel frame nearing completion

Structural steel erection is almost complete. Eagle Iron should finish installing beams and columns today. The
200' crane should be leaving us today also. Eagle Iron will continue welding metal deck and steel connections for a few weeks.

The upper level concrete slab (main entry lobby and art gallery area) is scheduled to pour on Monday, 12/09/02. Everything is running smooth and on schedule.
