Review and Approval of Previous Minutes

Need to organize minutes.

Newspaper Vanessa Johnson

We need more people involved. We also want to hold a contest for the howling coyote. We want people to come up with artwork for the coyote and submit them in for a prize, possibly published in the KV Sun. Need to set up a computer for G drive and Microsoft Publisher in the lab.

Financial Manager’s Report

Just added in $1,462.86 from Coca Cola and Ice Cream sales.

Our new grand total is $4,920.82

Move Ice Cream sales back to spring about April.

Common area will cost about $5,000.00.

Review Meeting Agenda

Next semester we will be selling First Aid Kits for our next fundraiser. The samples should be here any day now and will have different types and sizes including one for pets.

The revenue to build the common area isn’t there due to the lack of sales from the ice cream fundraiser.

So far noone participated in building the float for the Christmas Parade. We are definitely seeing a lack of participation from our students so we need to get out information earlier.

Someone is stealing our aluminum cans so we need to find out who all has access to the janitors closet. Whoever it is, is cleaning up after themselves.

Christmas potluck non existent

Gave C.A.R.E. $120.00 for their Christmas Party.

Canned goods and toys for the needy. We need to set up an area during the day that people can drop off donations since someone is stealing our cans we need to lock it up at night. We have a committee set up for this.

Need committees for the end of the year awards ceremony. We have a bid in for proffessional help this year and it will have an area for special guests. Much better this year, more organized, and shorter.
