Topics under old business were Tiff spoke on smoking by doors

Dan is looking into it. It was suggested that we form a committee Laws are being checked

 Tiff is putting signs around the college asking if smokers would place their butts in the ashtrys, instead of just throwing them on the ground.

Tiff brought up the subject on vending machines. Tiff checked into it and was Told No Way  No Licence

Up-Keep of college we have been experiencing vandalism and trash being thrown about. Are custodian is here only on Wed, and Sunday’s. This what the college can afford, said Tiff.

The handicap issue was brought up by James; a call was placed to Ridgecrest, by Tiff

Response to the handicap situation. Tiffinay said it would cost us $20,000 dollars to install doors.

James suggested we should adopt a hallway. His idea was agreed upon by all. Now we need to vote and decide what our options are.

Dennis said the disabled issue is in the works.

Tiff the security takes turns on checking. Tiff brought up full time security.

James suggested we find out who the disabled are in our school. Tiff the security is in the works, agreed with Dennis.

April asked about coffee machines, Tiff replied we need a license

Kathy Asked whom do we see about ASB cards? Gary is the one to see for ASB cards

James asked about the maintenance for the disabled Tiff said Candy was taking care of that issue. However, we do not have an answer as of yet

Sheryl asked can we have more tables for the lounges Tiff we will check into it

Melinda can a class be opened to study in. Tiff I will check into it. Gary Enns replied the Study Hall is possible next semester we will be offered the Math, English and Lab classes to use for a study hall.

Dennis let us form a committee, to ask the landlord where we are able to park our vechcles at school

James suggested Bus like station type lockers for the students. Tiff will check into it. Edward and James are looking into the Lockers doing research.

Donna Lumpkin would like to show appreciation to individuals who have been generous to our community e.g. Phyllis Brewer, and any others. James second it.

Tiff will work with Kathy Fonner on the new Agenda

Melinda wants to work on sponsor lists. And post stickers

Sheryl brought up Ameri Corps. What they have to offer.

Betty brought up the idea of possible receiving help from the Collaborative
