MINUTES: March 13, 2002

 

The meeting was called to order at 12:07pm and closed at 1:03pm and was held in Rm11.

Minutes from 02/27/02 meeting were approved as read.

 

Old Business                          The amount $1800 was an estimated guess given in the Selection Of Officers Meeting. The actual amount is $1212.98.

 

                                                Dennis summarized old budget sheet. The question of availability for all members to obtain a copy was brought up. Dennis said he would look into it.

 

New Business                         Clarification of membership will be explained in the next meeting. –Notions given

·         In order to be a Club Member you must have an ASB card.

·         Students who are in good standing may become a member.

·         *Membership stipulations

1.      No stipulation for a set of units

2.      The officers must have at least six units.

 

 

·         *Members need to:

1.      Be an attending KRV student

2.      Hold an ASCC (ASB) card

3.      Have a 2.0 GPA

·         To become a member:

1.      Write a Paragraph stating assets and intentions regarding your part as an ASB member

2.      ASB will check GPA and ASCC (card) status

3.      Club will read statement and vote yes or no

 

*Whether or not any student can attend meetings will be up to vote upon by the individual group.

 

            AWARDS CEREMONY

·         Dates for graduation & ceremony, plus clarification of what is supplied for the ceremony is needed.

*There will be a one time meeting April 3rd, to make up for the missed March 27th  meeting, due to Spring Break. With two more to follow on April 10th and 23rd.
