ASB Meeting Minutes- December 10, 2001

Treasury Report by :Terra = $1855.39

Shirts: ready at next meeting. Total cost $230.00

Bazaar: Need enough paper and printing materials to take pictures with Santa. 2 5x7’s for $6 or $7. Will need to have forms for mailing purposes. Pictures will be saved to disk for re-orders. Radio needs to be called about bazaar, Santa, drawings. All ASB members are to bake a cake for the cake drawing.

Color printer for ASB: Vote taken, color printer will be purchased for the ASB.

Pricing for the meal will take place sometime this week (October 1-5)

CD Burner: Must be an external burner, cost is $169.99+$19.99 for 1 year replacement warrany + shipping cost or $179.99+$49.99 1 year warranty + shipping. Students buy own CD’s. Vote taken, cheaper burner wins it. Additional software to be purchased as per the vote as well.

Fundraisers: Tabled for next meeting. Ideas were candy bars, valentine cards, flowers.

Award Ceremony: To be in May. Need big room in Senior Center. Will talk about ceremony at later meetings.
