ASB Meeting Minutes November 26, 2001

Treasury Report: Terra- Made $64 Total funds $1855.39 Vote taken for funding Sean for pictures to be taken at Christmas Bazaar.

Bake Sale: Terra- after subtracting for cost, profit = $64

Sponsor List: Cristina- Cristina is going to check for old sponsor list on ASB disk

Shirts: Terra- Shirts usually take 7-10 days, money to be brought to next meeting to pay our half

Christmas Bazaar: Vote taken to move to December 15 from 10-5, cake drawing at 4:30.

                        Tickets will cost $1, 6 for $5, 13 for $10. We will be talking to local businesses to see if they wish to have a table for 10% of sales.

Cans: Terra will do this month

Open Floor: Think about welcome back meeting, Jan 5 at 4:30pm. Last meeting of semester will be December 17 (Next meeting is December 10). Maria Fankhauser (computers) has asked for keyboard covers (finger hiders) for her students so they will not look at their hands. Terra will talk to Patsy about that. Fundraiser ideas brought up: Selling Valentine Cards, Valentine Card Contest ($1 per entry, winner gets 50% of money), Candy Bars, Bath & Body Gift Baskets. Cristina and Gary will research card fundraisers, Cristina will research candy bar fundraisers, Jenifer will research flower sale fundraisers. Think of activities and ideas for Easter time.
