Giving to Cerro Coso

Reasons to Give

Why Your Support is Needed

Although California Community Colleges educate over 75% of all undergraduate student in the state, they receive considerably less funding per student than other institutions of higher education. It is estimated that nearly two-thirds of the students attending Cerro Coso Community College require some kind of financial assistance to help them attain their educational goals.

Cerro Coso Community College is a vital part of the success and growth of our community but the continuing California State budget crisis threatens it's ability to serve those with the greatest needs. The College must deal with drastic budget cuts while students face higher tuition costs. Cerro Coso Community College needs the support of the community to ensure our students have an opportunity to learn and achieve their goals.
