How you get one, and what to do if you've lost or can't remember your Student ID#, Email, PIN, or online class login or password.

Student ID#

Creating your Student Identification Number (Student ID#)

When you first access the student information system (insideCC), you will do so using your assigned Cerro Coso email. The PIN will be the pin you created on the application form. As a reminder, the pin could be 8-20 alphanumeric characters without special characters.

What to do if you can't remember your Student ID#

Go to https://accountmanager.kccd.edu/ and click on "Forgot Student/Employee User ID" and follow the directions. You will need to enter the last four digits of your social security number and your date of birth as MM/DD/YYYY. Then click the button "Get Student/Employee User ID" and follow the directions.

What to do if you can't remember your PIN

There is a "Forgot Password?" link in the InsideCC login box. This will take you to https://accountmanager.kccd.edu/. Click on "Forgot Password". You will need to enter the last four digits of your social security number and your date of birth as MM/DD/YYYY. Then click the button "Get Security Question" and follow the directions.

Help! I forgot my password

Go to https://accountmanager.kccd.edu/ and click on the "Forgot Password" link. You will need to enter the last four digits of your social security number and your date of birth as MM/DD/YYYY. Then click the button "Get Security Question" and follow the directions. Please note that changing your account here changes your computer account password at the college and your email account password.

Help! I can't remember my email account name

If you are an on-ground student, go to your local campus lab aid for assistance. If you are an online student, call the Help Desk at (877) 382-3508 for fastest service. You can also go to http://support.kccd.edu 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with any questions regarding InsideCC, Moodle, Student Email (Gmail), Wireless Access, and any Login/Password/Access issues.

Online Class Accounts

When do I get my online class login account?

Classes will be linked from the weekend prior to the start of the class. Registered students have until 8 P.M. on the start date to log into the class at least once. Students can access the class link from their My Courses tab within the InsideCC portal.
