HCRS C100 Content Review
Corequisite HCRS C107 and	These courses 100,103,107,113 are all required for completion of the 1st semester of the LVN Program as mandated by the BVNPT. These courses are all interrelated and must be taken together to meet the mandated objectives for 1st semester. All 4 courses must be completed with a 75% or higher in each course for progression into 2nd semester.

Prerequisite CSCI C070 and	Students must be able to demonstrate a proficiency of basic computer skills for enrollment in the nursing program due to the computer skills necessary for documentation at the health care facilities.
Prerequisite PSYC C101 and	54 hours of Psychology required by BVNPT to sit for State Licensing Boards.
Prerequisite HCRS C150 and	Completion of Medical Terminology prior to enrollemnt in the LVN program assists the students in understanding the terminology and promotes success in the LVN Program.
Prerequisite HCRS C055 and	Completion of Certified Nursing Assistant HCRS C055 provides for a solid foundation of basic nursing skills needed for the LVN Program. The hours associated with this course are included in the mandated hours for the LVN Program by the BVNPT.
Prerequisite BIOL C125 and/or	54 hours of Anatomy & Physiology is required by the BVNPT for completion of a program and eligibility for sitting for state boards. Completing this course prior to enrollment in the program provides the student will a basic fundamental knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology which are necessary for successful completion of the program.
Prerequisite BIOL C251 and	54 hours of Anatomy & Physiology is required by the BVNPT for completion of a program and eligibility for sitting for state boards. Completing this course prior to enrollment in the program provides the student will a basic fundamental knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology which are necessary for successful completion of the program.
Prerequisite BIOL C255	54 hours of Anatomy & Physiology is required by the BVNPT for completion of a program and eligibility for sitting for state boards. Completing this course prior to enrollment in the program provides the student will a basic fundamental knowledge of Anatomy and Physiology which are necessary for successful completion of the program.
Limitation on Enrollment (e.g. Performance tryout or audition)	Students who have completed all required prerequisites with a grade of C or better and all other requirements that have completed the application for the LVN Program prior to the deadline date are eligible for the Lottery process for selesction into the Program for the next term. Students must register through their counselor. Students must meet all requirements as mandated by the BVNPT, pass all prerequisites with a grade of "C" or better, and complete and submit the application within the proper timeframe to be eleigible for the lottery selection for the next program statrt date. This process provides for an equal opportunity for all eligible students to be admitted into the program.
