Refund & Exchange Policy

Regardless of item purchased, the cash register receipt must be presented before any refund or exchange can be initiated.

Textbook refunds or exchanges are allowed only until the 10% date of the current semester (usually the first two weeks of a full semester) on textbooks purchased for the full semester. Refunds or exchanges after this time are permitted up to two days after dropping a class with a drop slip until the 30% date of the semester. Textbooks purchased for short term classes will be refunded up to the 10% date of the class. It must be pointed out here that the 10% date on some classes could be just minutes into the first class session.

Trade Book Refunds or exchanges must be made within three days on any purchase. Review books and study aids are not returnable.

Supplies, Gifts and Clothing may be brought in for exchange or refund within five days of the date on the receipt.

All items brought in for refund must be in brand new condition (with the exception of used book purchases). Items shrink wrapped or blister packed, or sealed in plastic (including textbooks) must be in their original packaging and sealed. A STORE RECEIPT IS REQUIRED for any refunds or exchanges. A canceled check, credit card bill, or price marking on the product does not constitute a receipt.

Special orders are not returnable.
